Skid-steers play a massive role in the projects and needs of our customers at AJC. We use these machines for landscaping, backfilling, demolition, material handling, and so on.

Projects so Far:
A customer reached out mentioning their yard had problems holding water that came off the hill. So AJC dug a ditch and installed a french drain. We put a small yard drain at the beginning. Then hauled in gravel and used it to backfill fully, hauled topsoil to fix the holes and ruts from the digging. Then to complete the project, we seeded and strawed the topsoil.
We hauled in roughly 60 ton of slag based fill, 20 ton of crushed concrete, and a triable and a half of 1b lime stone requested by the homeowner. Our team spread and compacted material, layer the 1b stone to complete the final look. We then removed the current asphalt driveway, replaced with a triable load of topsoil, seed, and straw to give more yard room.
Following up to our flawlessly completed French Drain job, the same customer had us back with a few more requests. They wanted to renovate their yard. So we auto raked the entire property with our skid loader to get all the dead grass out. We then placed a light layer of filtered topsoil, aerated the whole yard with our side by side then to top off the job, over-seeded and straw matted the final product.
